Mr. Robertson began his experience in the bond business in 2000 whenhe joined Lewis Young Robertson & Burningham, Inc. He works closely with special districts, cities, counties, and charter schools. He has participated in structuring over $1.5 billion in municipal bonds, in both fixed and variable rate models. These transactions have included water, sewer, lease, and sales tax revenue bonds and general obligation bonds along with charter school finance. As a part of the structuring of variable rate debt, Mr. Robertson has secured liquidity facilities and executing various derivatives including interest rate caps and swaps.
To gain a broader base of experience in 2001, he worked at Ballard Spahr LLP (national law firm) in the Public Finance sector and in the office of Congressman Chris Cannon, 3rd District, Utah in Washington D.C. Upon returning from Washington in 2002, he again joined LYRB as a quantitative analyst. Mr. Robertson currently serves on the American Water Works Association Conference Committee.

Structuring and marketing of debt for many local governments including Utility Revenue Bonds, General Obligation Bonds, Excise Tax Bonds, Special Assessment Bonds, and other local government bonds. This has included marketing bonds on the public and private markets.
