Ryan joined Lewis Young Robertson & Burningham, Inc. in 2020. As an Analyst, Mr. Lancaster works on various projects such as impact fee analysis, feasibility studies, and economic development.

Prior to joining LYRB, Mr. Lancaster worked as a Management Intern with the City of Kenmore, Washington and as a Local Government Consultant with Rural Community Consultants. Through his coursework as a Master in Public Administration and Bachelor of Urban Planning student, he has developed a strong background in data analytics with a deep understanding of how local government functions.
