Teresa Pinkal joined Lewis Young Robertson & Burningham, Inc. in 2015. Ms. Pinkal’s experience includes demographic projections, municipal services analysis, economic development analysis, and capital planning and prioritization. Ms. Pinkal has also completed enrollment projections and capital planning and prioritization for school districts, as well as compiled comprehensive financial facility plans. She recently completed a municipal services tax feasibility study for Box Elder County, an incorporation feasibility study for Cedar Highlands and a comprehensive financial sustainability plan and tax increment modeling for the Military Installation Development Authority.

Prior to joining LYRB, Ms. Pinkal facilitated energy finance programs for the Utah Governor’s Office of Energy Development, as well as served as the office administrator for the Utah Governor’s Office.
